Methodology
Investment Advisor List was compiled by the Austin Business Journal using data self-reported through annual surveys. To be considered, firms must respond to the survey and report Assets Under Management (AUM) specific to their Austin office. The Investment Management Firms list is divided into two subsists—one for Registered Investment Advisors (RIAs) and one for Broker Dealers—each ranked by local AUM.
Financial Planning List was compiled by the Austin Business Journal using data self-reported through annual surveys. To be considered, firms must respond to the survey and report the number of Certified Financial Planners (CFP) specific to their Austin office.
