INTEGRATION MANAGER

We are looking for an Integration Manager in our Birmingham, AL office. The Integration Manager is an essential part of our M&A strategy. This role works closely with team members in all areas of the firm to ensure a smooth integration. As new firms are acquired, our Integration Team prepares them for the transition to all things Waverly, and this position has significant responsibility for all things post-close, including directing the data migration process (CRM, portfolio management, etc.). It is imperative that the Integration Manager maintain operational knowledge of Waverly as the company evolves.

Everyday activities include:

  • Provide “concierge” service to new teams, serving as the primary point of contact for acquired firms post-close.
  • Manage and document all project related tasks and timelines through our project management software (monday.com).
  • Lead project communication and coordination, working with internal departments and custodial partners to complete Integration related action items within agreed upon timelines.
  • Identify, assess, and resolve complex business problems/escalations, and provide alternative recommendations for atypical business scenarios.
  • Develop and evolve efficient methods to enhance the Integration process for all parties.
  • Schedule and participate in Integration team projects, calls, and meetings.
  • Coordinate with Operations, Compliance, Technology, and others to resolve issues related to Integration.

  • Be able to adapt to changing priorities and conditions throughout the day or week all while continuing to respond calmly and maintain performance standards.
  • Have great time management skills with the ability to structure responsibilities, tasks, and project management while prioritizing and ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Maintain an energetic and positive attitude.
  • Possess strong computer skills working with Microsoft Office Suite and a willingness to learn and quickly grasp firm technologies.

Travel:

  • Travel may be required at different times during the year and is estimated to be less than 10%.

Physical Requirements:

  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times.
  • Must be able to access and navigate each department at the organization’s facilities.
