Andrea Johnson

Andrea has been with Waverly Advisors since 2011. She serves as Director of Compliance and is a Principal of the Firm. Andrea is responsible for overseeing and monitoring the implementation of the Firm’s compliance program. She manages the Firm’s core compliance processes, including risk assessments, testing of relevant regulations, and overall compliance with rules and regulations. Andrea provides guidance and training on compliance matters to promote and maintain the Firm’s culture of compliance.
