Boyd Guy joined Waverly Advisors in March 2026 and serves as the firm’s Salesforce Administrator. He advances Waverly’s Salesforce architecture by designing automation frameworks and scalable workflows that enhance operational efficiency. His work bridges technology and people, ensuring systems support advisors and clients with clarity, compliance, and consistency across the organization.
Before joining Waverly, Boyd served at TruWealth Advisors from 2020 to 2026, where he led communication strategy and brand development during a period of significant growth while also serving as Salesforce Administrator. His background in design and messaging shaped both the firm’s public presence and the development of internal systems that supported long-term operational clarity.
Boyd holds a Bachelor of Arts in Graphic Design from Louisiana Tech University, along with a Master of Divinity and Doctor of Ministry from New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary. His doctoral research in cross-cultural communication theory continues to inform his leadership approach, particularly in aligning diverse teams and translating complex ideas into practical frameworks.
Beyond his professional work, Boyd leads short-term international service teams and pastoral training initiatives. He has a deep appreciation for global cultures, international service, orphan care, and travel that favors back roads and less-traveled paths over predictable itineraries. He believes many of life’s most meaningful lessons are learned outside the boardroom—often across a shared meal in unfamiliar places. At home, Boyd enjoys life with his wife, Tara, and their two daughters.
If you’d like to talk about Salesforce strategy, culture, philosophy, theology, global service, or the beauty of roads less traveled, Boyd is always glad to share a cup of coffee and an authentic conversation.
