Cassie O’Brien joins Waverly Advisors in June 2026 as Investor Relations Associate of Promus Capital Management, select Promus business lines by Waverly Advisors, LLC. In her previous role, Cassie coordinated subscriptions, managed capital calls, prepared investor reporting, and partnered closely with fund administrators and internal teams throughout the investor lifecycle. As she grew in her responsibilities, she supported investor communications, developed investor materials, streamlined operational processes, and helped strengthen relationships with both current and prospective investors. Through this work, she built a strong understanding of both the operational and relationship‑driven aspects of private markets.
Outside of work, Cassie enjoys taking workout classes and exploring new restaurants around Chicago. She’s an enthusiastic Chicago Bears fan and loves discovering different cultures through food, music, and shows.
A fun fact about Cassie: she’s the youngest of seven siblings.
