Colin Francesco

Colin Francesco is an Assistant Controller with the Promus division of Waverly Advisors, joining in November 2025 following Waverly’s acquisition of select Promus business lines.

With the addition of our Promus team, Waverly Advisors gains expanded knowledge in private equity and real estate opportunities. This expansion strengthens Waverly’s platform for ultra-high-net-worth families and institutions, while maintaining Promus’ core values of stewardship, integrity, and long-term relationship focus.

Colin joined Promus under its prior ownership in 2024 and oversees daily accounting and finance operations.

Before joining Promus, Colin worked at PwC, providing financial statement audit services to asset management clients, including private equity and real estate firms, in accordance with U.S. GAAP, IFRS, AICPA, and PCAOB standards.

Colin earned his B.B.A. and M.S. in Accountancy from the Mendoza College of Business at the University of Notre Dame. He lives in Chicago and enjoys running, traveling, and cooking.
