Jessica Sharpe serves as a Partnership Success Manager at Waverly Advisors, where she guides firms through the onboarding process, from initial planning through client consent. She works closely with each firm to support a smooth and confident transition into Waverly. Known for her approachable communication style, collaborative mindset, attention to detail, and positive energy, Jessica is dedicated to helping others navigate change and feel at home as they become part of the Waverly family.
Jessica has a personal connection to the integration experience. Her husband, Preston, is also an advisor at Waverly and joined the Firm through the Peachtree City acquisition in 2024. This firsthand perspective strengthens the empathy and insight she brings to firms throughout the onboarding journey.
Jessica began her career in financial services at a local credit union, where she specialized in retirement and investment services with a focus on IRAs. She has since served in a variety of roles, including administrator, auditor, team leader, business analyst, and program manager, building a strong foundation in operations, process improvement, and client relations.
Outside of work, Jessica enjoys embracing her role as a theater mom. She and Preston frequently volunteer with local theater organizations and support community productions. The Sharpe family also enjoys spending time together, trying new recipes, and planning adventures with their three children, Scarlet, Reagan, and Wesley.
