Justin Snell

Justin is a Partner & Chief Operating Officer at Waverly Advisors. He assists the President and Chief Executive Officer in the day-to-day management of the firm and is responsible for aligning operations with the firmโ€™s strategy, compliance efforts and mission of providing comprehensive investment management, consulting and financial planning services.

Justin joined Waverly Advisors when BT Wealth Management merged with the firm in July 2022. At BT Wealth Management, he held the positions of Chief Compliance Officer and Chief Operating Officer. Prior to BT Wealth Management, Justin worked in public accounting with both national and regional firms. His public accounting experience spanned more than 20 years, where he practiced audit and advisory services including fraud risk management, forensic investigations and general management and compliance consulting.

Justin is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and Certified in Financial Forensics (CFF) as designated by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA). He graduated magna cum laude from Clemson University in 1996 with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting. He is a member of the AICPA. Justin is an avid college football fan and in his spare time enjoys the outdoors, reading and spending time with his wife and children.
