Matt Werner joined Waverly Advisors in May of 2026 as an Advisor Compensation Manager. Matt brings 9 years of experience in Sales Compensation Administration, SPM tool maintenance, and Reporting and Analytics for large sales teams. He also has extensive experience in forecasting, long-range planning, variance analysis, and managing large P&L’s on FP&A teams. Matt finds great fulfillment in helping sales team members thoroughly understand their compensation and working alongside them to help achieve the company’s goals.
Outside of work, Matt loves spending time with his wife (Katie), 1-year-old son (Will), and dog (Cooper). His hobbies include training for long-distance, endurance events, and recovering from said training and events while watching Georgia football.
