Neal Schulte joined Waverly Advisors as Partner, Wealth Advisor in September 2025. Since launching his own practice in 1982, Neal Schulte has dedicated his career to helping individuals preserve and grow their wealth with confidence. With over four decades of experience—including five formative years at Big Four CPA firms—Neal specializes in crafting personalized financial strategies that ensure clients feel secure about their net worth and empowered to enjoy it. Whether it’s minimizing taxes, reducing probate costs, or encouraging meaningful gifting to family and charity, Neal’s approach is rooted in clarity, compassion, and long-term vision.
He holds a BSBA in Accounting from Xavier University and completed all tax coursework for a Master’s in Taxation at the University of Cincinnati, where he also taught tax and accounting. Neal is a proud member of the AICPA and FPA.
Outside the office, Neal is a devoted father to Nick and Leah, both of whom have joined him in the family business. He’s equally proud of his son-in-law and daughter-in-law, who support the firm and help raise his three energetic grandsons. Neal’s passions include lifting weights, pickleball, tennis, golf, ballroom dancing, and traveling the world.
