Rian Bautista joins Promus Capital Management in September 2026 and serves as Associate Wealth Advisor.

Rian earned a bachelor’s degree in business management from Benedictine College in Atchison, Kansas. Prior to joining Waverly Advisors, Rian gained valuable experience with the firm as an intern in the Promus office during college. Following graduation, Rian worked as an Account Executive in the logistics industry, where he developed skills in client relationship management, business development, and navigating complex, fast-paced business environments.

His professional experience has helped shape a client-focused approach centered on communication, problem-solving, and building strong, long-term relationships. In his role at Waverly, Rian is committed to supporting clients and helping them work toward their financial goals while continuing to expand his knowledge and expertise within the wealth management industry.

Outside of work, Rian enjoys golfing, reading, and spending time with family and friends.
