Tracy joined Waverly in April of 2024 when McShane Partners was acquired by Waverly Advisors, LLC. She serves as Office Manager for the firm’s Charlotte, NC location. Tracy has a 20 year career in the mortgage industry working for HSBC, Wells Fargo and Movement Mortgage. Tracy has experience in originations, processing, and underwriting. She has worked on the bank retail side as well as the home preservation side of mortgage servicing. She has authority for underwriting conventional and Veterans Administration mortgages.
Tracy was frequently recognized for top production and top quality. During COVID she became a subject matter expert for bank overlays within the guidelines when reviewing self-employed applicants. She was also a subject matter expert for undisclosed debt and often presented best practices to peers. Tracy was often partnered to underwrite loans for President Club mortgage originators and national preferred builder originators for new construction mortgages.
Tracy and her husband enjoy traveling, sporting events, music events, cooking and entertaining friends and family.
