February, 2023 – Forbes released the results of the Top Women Wealth Advisors Best-In-State rankings. Waverly Advisors’ Regional Director, Partner and seasoned Wealth Advisor, Melanie L. Nichols, has been ranked 3rd in the state of Alabama.
The Forbes ranking of Top Women Wealth Advisors Best-In-State, powered by SHOOK Research, is evaluated on standards of best practice, service models, investing models, compliance records and quantitative data, related to trends of revenue and the firm’s AUM. The breadth of qualitative data required for this award ranges from in-depth surveys and multiple interviews both in-person and virtual.
Melanie has been a part of the Waverly Advisors team since 2011. She brings more than 30 years of investment management and comprehensive financial planning experience to her clients. As a member of the firm’s Investment Committee, she directs the management of investment portfolios for high-net-worth families, retirement plans and nonprofit organizations.
Melanie is considered a foundation stone of Waverly Advisors. She instills a culture of grace, community and integrity within her team and actively serves not only her clients but her community as well.
