Ben joined Waverly Advisors in June of 2024 and serves as the firm’s Compliance Manager. He has over 10 years experience in compliance for registered investment advisors and enjoys identifying opportunities to build consensus and find ‘win-win’ situations for the firm’s compliance needs. In his role, Ben assists Waverly’s Chief Compliance Officer with reviewing regulatory compliance requirements, implementing policies and controls, and educating employees about regulatory requirements.
In his spare time, Ben enjoys going to concerts and live sporting events. He considers himself the biggest Alabama basketball fan that you will ever meet!
