Chad joined Waverly Advisors in January of 2024 after StrategIQ Financial Group was acquired by Waverly Advisors, LLC. Chad, a seasoned business professional with 30+ years of experience in the investment industry, is the co-founder of StrategIQ Financial Group, LLC. Having served as its CEO for more than two decades, Chad played a pivotal role in the company’s success until its merger with Waverly in January 2024. Chad assumes a leadership position as a valuable member of the firm’s Operating Board and, as a Regional Director, manages operations across the greater Chicagoland and Indiana regions and serves a pivotal role in the firm’s growth strategies.
In addition to his extensive experience as a financial advisor, he has held numerous leadership and ownership roles in various real estate, retail, wholesale manufacturing, and service businesses, uniquely positioning him to offer practical and effective assistance to business owners, executives, and their families.

Chad is a family man, married with two children—a daughter and a son. His diverse interests include ballroom dancing, snow skiing, snowboarding, windsurfing, water skiing, and traveling. Chad is also a fitness enthusiast, reflecting a well-rounded approach to his professional and personal life.
