Christy L. Derham joined Waverly Advisors in November of 2024 following the acquisition of Buckingham Advisors by Waverly Advisors, LLC. As a Senior Client Service Associate at Waverly, Christy brings over 25 years of experience in the financial industry, including finance, banking and client service. She graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree from Wright State University. Christy works closely with the Financial Planning Team and assists with service-related needs for our clients. She finds the best part of her job is really getting to know the clients and helping them achieve their goals. Christy believes in treating clients like family, really listening to them, because the little things matter.
In her free time, Christy enjoys volunteering at different community outreach locations such as the Ronald McDonald House, (very near and dear to her heart), Habitat for Humanity, local homeless shelters and backpack drives for school children. She loves spending time with her husband, Greg, her 2 sons, Colton and Logan, and their standard poodle Chloe. With any extra time, she stays busy attending sporting events, painting, scrapbooking, being outside, playing Bunco and watching movies.
