Colin Francesco is an Assistant Controller with a Promus division of Waverly Advisors, joining in November 2025 following Waverly’s acquisition of select Promus business lines. As Assistant Controller, he oversees daily accounting and finance operations for the multiple Promus business lines, including financial reporting, fund accounting, and cash flow management.
Before joining Promus, Colin worked at PwC, providing financial statement audit services to asset management clients, including private equity and real estate firms, in accordance with U.S. GAAP, IFRS, AICPA, and PCAOB standards.
Colin earned his B.B.A. and M.S. in Accountancy from the Mendoza College of Business at the University of Notre Dame. He lives in Chicago’s River West neighborhood and enjoys running, traveling, and cooking.
