As a seasoned financial professional and entrepreneur, Jim previously served as Chief Operating Officer, General Manager, and advisor at TruWealth Advisors in Metairie, Louisiana. He brings a rare blend of operational leadership, technical expertise, and visionary thinking to Waverly. He is passionate about building high-trust teams and delivering advice that truly serves the client in fulfilling their life’s purpose.

An active member of his local church, Jim enjoys mentoring emerging leaders, investing into faith-and-work initiatives such as homeless and substance recovery, and aiding helpless victims of human trafficking. He is passionate about working with others to use their talents and experiences to become the best version of themselves.

When not in the boardroom, Jim cherishes time with his wife Sheila and their canine children, Madison and Millie. He enjoys renovating homes and buildings, as he often says, “bringing more beauty into the world.” When asked about his mission in life, Jim says, “My aim in life is to support those pursuing higher life goals, protect and care for the innocent, and make the world a more beautiful place.”
