Jessica Sharpe, MBA

Jessica Sharpe serves as an Integration Specialist at Waverly Advisors, where she plays a key role in guiding firms through the onboarding process, from the creation of C1 through client consent. She works closely with partnering firms to ensure a smooth and confident transition into Waverly. Known for her approachable communication style, collaborative mindset, attention to detail, and positive energy, Jessica is dedicated to helping others navigate change and feel at home as they become part of the Waverly family.

Jessica has a very personal connection to the integration experience. Her husband, Preston, is also an advisor at Waverly and joined the firm through the Peachtree City acquisition in 2024. This firsthand perspective deepens her empathy and insight when supporting others through the onboarding journey.

Her background in financial services began at a local credit union where she developed a specialization in retirement and investment services with a focus on IRAs. She has since held roles as an admin, auditor, team leader, business analyst, and program manager building a strong foundation in operations, process improvement, and client relations.

Outside of work, Jessica is fully embracing her theater mom era. She and Preston love volunteering with local theater organizations and are often found supporting community productions. When not at the theater, the Sharpe family enjoys spending time together, trying new recipes in the kitchen, and planning their next big adventure with their three children: Scarlet, Reagan, and Wesley.
