Joshua joined Waverly Advisors in January of 2024 after StrategIQ Financial Group was acquired by Waverly Advisors, LLC. He serves as Information Security Manager at Waverly. Josh brings 20+ years of experience to Waverly. He addresses the technical needs of the company’s day-to-day operations, and helps to plan out future technology and security decisions. Josh is directly involved with the conscious decisions made to ensure Waverly’s technologies are on the forefront of cyber security.
He has worked professionally in the technology field since 1996. Prior to that, IT was a hobby for Josh as a teenager and throughout college. His lengthy background in the field of IT helps give him a clear view of where technology has been in the past, and where it may lead the company in the future.
Josh is married and has three children, a son and two daughters. He has found that his children have become his hobbies. In his rare moments time allows anything else, Josh enjoys taking advantage of his proximity to Lake Michigan and spends his time jet-skiing and boating. He also has an interest in all things music-related, from audio equipment to instruments.
