Kanak joined Waverly Advisors in July of 2024 and serves as an Investment Analyst. In her role, Kanak conducts market research, financial analysis, portfolio management, and process improvement. She assists advisors by utilizing research database tools such as Bloomberg and Morningstar, completes due diligence of both public and private markets, trades for respective clients, and manages portfolios in accordance with the principles and strategies of Waverly. Kanak’s professional journey includes roles at Nuvama Wealth and Investment Ltd. (Edelweiss) as a Portfolio Analyst Intern and Bed Bath & Beyond (Accenture Solutions) as a Business Process Delivery Associate.
Kanak finds engaging in the entire process of investment analysis, from idea origination to execution, particularly appealing. Working alongside experienced professionals and being part of a dedicated team is an exciting prospect for her.
In her spare time, Kanak enjoys reading, binge-watching shows, and traveling. She recently visited the Grand Canyon, Antelope Canyon, and Niagara Falls, which was an incredible experience. She also considers herself a foodie, and loves exploring new places and trying different foods.
