Kim Holtrop joined Waverly Advisors in November of 2025 as Senior Reporting Analyst following the acquisition of select Promus business lines by Waverly Advisors, LLC. Kim works towards the accuracy of portfolio data, streamlines reporting processes, and collaborates across teams to deliver meaningful insights to clients. She is passionate about optimizing systems, driving continuous improvement, and enhancing the overall client experience.
Before joining Promus, Kim spent 24 years with UBS’s Corporate Cash Management Group, where her team structured and implemented separately managed fixed-income investment programs for corporations, institutions, family offices, and ultra-high-net-worth individuals. In her role, Kimberly focused on delivering comprehensive client reporting and supporting portfolio oversight.
Kim lives in Chicago with her husband and their two daughters. Outside of work, she enjoys tennis, golf, and pickleball, and volunteers actively at her daughters’ school.
With the addition of our Promus team, Waverly Advisors gains expanded expertise in Family Office services across traditional and alternative asset classes to the firm.
