Lisa M. Wood, CPA, MT

Lisa Wood joined Waverly Advisors in November of 2024 following the acquisition of Buckingham Advisors by Waverly Advisors, LLC. As a Tax Director at Waverly, Lisa has over 30 years of experience working with businesses and individuals to provide specialized tax planning and tax return preparation. During her career, she has worked in both large international and local public accounting firms helping clients with special projects including buying and selling businesses, tax planning around transferring generational wealth, and planning for major life events like retirement and paying for college. Lisa finds great fulfillment in assisting her clients with developing their tax and financial planning goals and working alongside them to achieve their objectives.

In her spare time, Lisa enjoys traveling across the U.S. to visit her family, sporting events (especially college football and hockey) exercising, hiking and reading.
