Lynn joined Waverly Advisors in 2022 and serves as Director of Human Resources. Lynn has over 13 years experience in all aspects of human resources with a strong passion for leadership training and development. Lynn’s role at Waverly is to manage and lead her team in all daily HR functions, lead full-cycle recruiting and hiring efforts, onboard new employees, identify training and development opportunities, oversee employee relations, and provide support to all Waverly team members. Lynn resides in Chelsea with her husband and two children.
