Meredith joined Waverly following the firm’s 2025 acquisition of select Promus business lines, where she had served since 2011 in leadership roles spanning operations, investor relations, client experience, and strategic execution. As Director of Family Office, she played a key role in the growth of the firm’s Family Office offering, helping build the structure, processes, and collaboration needed to support families through periods of growth and complexity. In addition to her Family Office leadership responsibilities, Meredith continues to support strategic initiatives across the firm, drawing on her experience as Principal and Director of Strategic Operations at Promus.
Before joining Promus, Meredith lived for two years in the Republic of Moldova, where she worked with a microfinance organization affiliated with HOPE International. That season of life deeply influenced her view of stewardship and continues to shape how she serves families today.
Meredith and her husband live in the Chicago suburbs with their two children.
