Roseanne Amburgy joined Waverly Advisors as a Tax Advisor in September 2025. With 35 years of tax and accounting experience, Roseanne is a seasoned CPA who brings clarity and compassion to complex financial matters. Her expertise spans individual, business, trust, and estate taxation, as well as employee benefit plan compliance and reporting. For over three decades at Schulte & Uhrig CPAs, Roseanne has built a reputation for problem-solving, guiding clients through life’s transitions, and cultivating relationships that last.
Roseanne holds a BBA in Accounting from Eastern Kentucky University and is an active member of both the AICPA and the Ohio Society of CPAs. Her approach to tax preparation is equal parts technical and therapeutic—she believes that helping clients navigate financial challenges is not just a service, but a source of comfort and empowerment.
Outside the office, Roseanne enjoys country living with her husband, son, and their cat. Her favorite pastimes include baking, hiking, jet skiing, organizing anything in sight, and cheering on her guys as they play tennis and run marathons. Faith, family, friends—and pizza—are her greatest joys.
