As an Integration Manager, Sarah is a warm and welcoming presence that helps newly partnered firms feel at home while confidently transitioning them through the post-close process. She focuses on aligning systems, processes, and people—ensuring each firm is supported, informed, and fully prepared to jump into the Waverly Way, all while wearing the biggest smile.
Sarah’s background blends heart, strategy, and a wide range of experience across both the nonprofit and tech sectors. She spent over six years with the Fellowship of Christian Athletes, where she honed her skills in donor care, event planning, and project management. She later transitioned into retail technology, serving as a Functional/Implementation Consultant and Customer Success Manager, where she excelled in process development, cross-functional teamwork, training, and long-term client success. Throughout her career, Sarah has led both in-person and virtual training sessions for diverse audiences, equipping teams with the tools and confidence they need to thrive. Her ability to make complex processes approachable is a key asset in every integration. Now she applies the many skills she garnered in those roles to ensuring new firms feel confident as they integrate into all things Waverly.
Passionate about bringing people together and helping teams navigate change, Sarah approaches every integration with warmth, clarity, and a problem-solving mindset. Outside of work, she’s happiest hiking with her family, curled up with a good book, baking something delicious, or chasing the elusive dream of a quiet nap—no small feat when raising two energetic boys with her husband Nick!
