He brings 13 years of compliance experience, most recently serving as Chief Compliance Officer for a Birmingham‑based firm. His background includes developing practical compliance programs and supporting organizational growth through close cross‑functional collaboration.
TJ holds a JD and MBA from Samford University and a BS in Business Administration from Auburn University. He lives in Hoover with his wife and their three children. Outside of work, he enjoys family time, attending his children’s sporting events, and following Auburn football and Atlanta Braves baseball.
Fun fact: TJ participated in the Running of the Bulls in Pamplona, Spain after college.
