Toby Weber joined Waverly Advisors in January 2026 after Pure Portfolios was acquired by Waverly Advisors, LLC. Toby joined Waverly as Partner and Wealth Advisor.
Toby was an owner and managing partner for Pure Portfolios since joining the firm in 2021, helping to grow the firm’s assets over 20% per year during that time. Prior to that, Toby Weber was the Managing Partner at Northwest Wealth Advisors, joining in 2016 after a twenty-year career in Corporate Finance at Oracle, ECS, and ESCO Corporation.
Toby has a passion for investing, an innate ability to take complex issues and explain them simply, and a strong desire to help others. He applies this to wealth management by analyzing client financial pictures and creating a clear and achievable path and game plan to help them accomplish their goals.
Toby is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and a member of the CFA Society of Portland. Toby is a current Board member of Central Catholic High School’s Endowment Committee and a former Board member of the West Linn-Wilsonville Education Foundation.
Away from the office, Toby is an enthusiastic tennis player and golfer who appreciates the competition and camaraderie these sports create. He also enjoys reading and spending time with his wife, Nikki, and their five children in the beautiful Pacific Northwest.
