Abby Franz joined Waverly Advisors in November of 2025 as Client Service Manager following the acquisition of select Promus business lines by Waverly Advisors, LLC. Abby brings several years of experience serving clients and providing support to the Client Service team. With a focus on exceptional client experience and team development, she ensures that every client relationship is managed with care. Prior to joining the firm, she worked at Northwestern Mutual in investments and operations. Before that Abby worked in development at a Chicago non-profit, Breakthrough, where she remains involved as a volunteer and is passionate about their mission to partner with those affected by poverty.
Abby married her high school sweetheart, and they now live in Chicago’s Andersonville neighborhood with their two boys. She enjoys cooking dinner for friends and spending time on the lakefront.
