Promus Capital Management traces its roots to 2010, when its senior leadership began investing under the Promus banner in lower-middle-market private equity opportunities. Since that time, the Promus Capital Management team has expanded its capabilities beyond lower-middle-market buyout investments to include primary fund investments, co-investments, and a stand-alone real estate strategy.
In 2025, Promus Capital Management was formed in collaboration with Waverly Advisors. With the same philosophy and strategies in place, the firm continues to deliver disciplined private equity and real estate opportunities while expanding its capacity to serve investors through this new partnership.
