Brett Moore is a Partner – Real Estate with a Promus division of Waverly Advisors, joining in November 2025 following Waverly’s acquisition of select Promus business lines. Brett became affiliated with Promus Capital Management, LLC, a subsidiary of Waverly Advisors, in November 2025 following Waverly’s acquisition of select Promus business lines. As Partner – Real Estate, he serves as a co-manager of the firm’s overall real estate platform and as a portfolio manager for Promus Realty, which manages the firm’s real estate fund strategies. Brett is focused on sourcing, underwriting, structuring, closing, and managing direct investments, GP investments, and fund investments for the real estate platform. Brett brought over 10 years of prior investment experience to the firm. Prior to Promus he was at RDG Funds for eight years, serving as a partner since 2015. Before that Brett was a member of the proprietary fixed-income trading group at Gelber Group and a member of Federal Trading at Traditum Group.
Brett earned his B.A. in Economics from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. He is a registered member of the Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst Association. He lives in Winnetka, Illinois, with his wife Katie and their three children.
