Molly Phalin joined Waverly Advisors in November of 2025 as Client Service Specialist following the acquisition of select Promus business lines by Waverly Advisors, LLC. Molly supports clients throughout the investment process, delivering friendly, attentive service while supporting team operations.
Molly earned her B.A. in English at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. Before joining Promus/Waverly, she worked as a Client Service Associate in the insurance and investment industry and later as an executive assistant to a Managing Director, where she managed day-to-day operations. Outside of work, she is always on the search for the best breakfast sandwich.
With the addition of our Promus team, Waverly Advisors gains expanded expertise in Family Office services across traditional and alternative asset classes to the firm. This collaboration strengthens Waverly’s platform for ultra-high-net-worth families while maintaining Promus’ core values of stewardship, integrity, and long-term relationship focus.
