Sarah Wuellner is a Managing Partner with a Promus division of Waverly Advisors, joining in November 2025 following Waverly’s acquisition of select Promus business lines. Sarah has over 25 years of private equity experience. She serves as the senior leader of the firm’s private equity investment strategy as is the portfolio manager of the business line, Promus Access. She is actively involved in all aspects of the firm’s private equity investments including strategy, deal and fund sourcing, due diligence, portfolio construction and fund management.
Sarah joined Promus under its prior ownership in 2010, bringing 13 years of experience in mergers and acquisitions. Prior to Promus, Sarah was a Principal at Wind Point Partners for nine years as well as several years in corporate development positions within the automotive industry.
With the addition of our Promus team, Waverly Advisors gains expanded expertise in private equity and real estate opportunities. This expansion strengthens Waverly’s platform for ultra-high-net-worth families and institutions, while maintaining Promus’ core values of stewardship, integrity, and long-term relationship focus.
