  2. Waverly Advisors provides a person-to-person SMS texting option for 1-to-1 client service conversations between clients and Waverly employees (advisors/client service staff). Text messages may include scheduling or confirming meetings, responding to client questions, and other client-specific servicing communications.

  3. Opt-In (How you consent)

  4. Clients opt in by replying START to a one-time confirmation text message sent by their Waverly advisor after the client requests SMS communication.

  5. Message Frequency / Costs

  6. Msg & data rates may apply. Message frequency varies based on the client’s needs and the ongoing 1-to-1 conversation.

  7. Opt-Out

  8. Reply STOP at any time to opt out. After opting out, you will no longer receive text messages from that Waverly Advisors number unless you reply START to re-subscribe.
